Rhythm & Hues is a free quarterly art event hosted by Tampa Downtown Partnership in the alleyway next to the Rialto Theater in Tampa Heights. Wander through an explosion of color and artistic expression as local artists showcase their work in a unique outdoor setting. All ages welcome, no registration required.
