Country music mainstay Jake Owen makes his debut at The BayCare Sound with special guests Niko Moon and Blake Proehl! Jake Owen has a career boasting a collection of gold and platinum records, 10 No.1 singles, and more than 2.5 Billion U.S. on-demand streams. The chart-topping superstar and ACM award winner is signatured by his laid-back style and hit recordings such as Barefoot Blue Jean Night, Beachin’, Anywhere With You, Alone With You and The One That Got Away. The recording artist, headlining entertainer and actor has released nine albums, headlined tours globally, and appeared in the movie Our Friend (2019). The music business executive, philanthropist and father of two is a partner in Good Company Entertainment (a Nashville-based management and label service company) and the founder of The Jake Owen Foundation (2010). The nonprofit lends financial support to children battling cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. The organization also assists youth organizations in Owen’s hometown of Vero Beach, Florida. Niko Moon’s music shows an interesting mix of pop, R&B, hip-hop, and reggae influences, as well as country. A talented athlete, Moon won a scholarship to Samford University in Alabama, but soon his love of music became more important to him than his studies and he dropped out to concentrate on his music career. It was at this time that he met Zac Brown and collaborated with him as a songwriter on tracks such as Homegrown, Keep Me in Mind, Loving You Easy, and Heavy Is the Head. He signed for RCA Nashville and, in 2019, released the singles Good Time, Drunk Over You, and Way Back. Good Time became a Number 1 hit on both the Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts in 2020, earning triple-platinum status along the way. It also appeared on the studio album Good Time, which was released in 2021 and reached number 12 on the Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. A second album, Better Days, followed in early 2024. North Carolina native, Blake Proehl always had his sights set on the NFL. However, in 2021 he suffered a severe leg injury that changed the course of his life. During the process of his recovery, Blake discovered a new passion for music. After three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, Blake made the bold decision to follow his heart and pursue a career in music. Since beginning his musical adventure, with a TikTok video where he surprised his grandma by singing for her at the piano, he has organically built an international audience through the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and South Africa.
